Turners Camp 2004

Our week at the Turners Camp

A while ago now (although it still feels like yesterday) I went to a summer camp for the week, for girls with Turner Syndrome. The week meant the girls met, and done activities together, and got a chance to chat. During the week we done swimming, archery, rock climbing, bracelet making (the bracelet making holiday, the girls were hard to get going after they discovered bracelet making), and we done drama, had discos which were great fun, we had barbeques, went bowling and to the cinema, we had Girl o Girl show which was great.

Even though there were ups and downs, like with everything the week was great fun, we made lots new friend that I will never forget. I am so glad i went there to meet all the girls, as we all got on really well and the holiday would have been horrible without them. All the girls made the holiday worthwhile being so supportive towards each other and, the girls were great to have a laugh with.

There are photos in the gallery to show just a snippet of the week.
